MLPA Summer Meeting - June 13-14, 2024
Plans are being finalized for this year's MLPA Summer Meeting to be held at Margaritaville Lake Resort, Osage Beach, Mo.
Thursday, June 13th
8:30 a.m. - Networking Breakfast. Welcome by Chris Williams, MLPA Board President
9:15 a.m. - The
Convention Committee will meet to plan for the Annual Convention on
December 4-6. Presiding: Ryan Sutherland & Jerry Enyeart, MLPA Convention Committee Co-Chairs.
10:00 a.m. - MMEF Open Meeting - Updates on MMEF/MLPA educational outreach programs.
11:00 a.m. - Association Rebranding Update by Lindsay Matush, CEO, Vario
12:00 p.m. - 5th Annual Environmental Awards Luncheon with Nick Scala, Partner at Conn Maciel Carey.
1:00 p.m. - Environmental Awards by MLPA Environmental Chair Ericka Baxter
4:30 p.m. - Nominating Committee Meeting (closed meeting) Presiding: Matt Rosenthal, Immediate Past President
At 5:15 p.m. - The MLPA will be hosting a private event for the registered
attendees on the JB's Boathouse Deck. The
“It’s 5 O’Clock Somewhere” reception, followed by
dinner at 6 p.m. and music by Emitt Rickey and Clay Clear.
Enjoy your fellow MLPA members in a relaxed setting at
the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. Dress is casual. (In case
of excess heat or rain we will move inside to Compass Rose
Ballroom above JB's Boathouse Grill.)
Friday, June 14th
8:30 a.m. - Breakfast and MLPA Business Meeting. Presiding: Chris Williams, MLPA Board President The meeting agenda includes reports by the association's committees on their activities and projects and other topics of discussion. All MLPA members
are welcome to attend.
9:30 a.m. - Executive Session for MLPA Board of Directors (closed meeting)
