Missouri Limestone Producers Association ~ 77th Annual Convention

The convention will be held November 30-December 2, 2022 (Wednesday-Friday) at Margaritaville Resort, Osage Beach, Mo.

Registration will begin at 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, with a reception in the Exhibit Hall.  Thursday will be a full day with speakers, the Producer Business Meeting, the Associate Member Business Meeting, the Producers Appreciation Lunch, and festivities. The MLPA SCHOLARHIP FOUNDATION SILENT AUCTION will be during the Thursday evening cocktail reception before the President's Banquet.  On Friday morning we will end with the Safety Awards breakfast.

Everyone attending meetings, meals, or visiting the exhibit hall MUST be registered.  Admittance to the convention functions will require the 2022 name badge at all times.  Registration fees will be ALL INCLUSIVE this year.  

CONVENTION AGENDA

SPECIAL NOTICE TO ASSOCIATE MEMBERS:  Exhibit booths and sponsorships are available to members only.  Limit of one booth space per company and one company name per booth. Limited space available on a first come, first serve basis.  Booth location selection will be in the order of the payment is received at MLPA for the booth.  Fee includes one 10 ft. space, 6 ft. draped table, 2 chairs, waste basket & electrical.  Oct. 14 deadline to be listed in the program.   All booth personnel must also pay convention registration fees. 

EXHIBIT HALL LAYOUT 

As you know, the annual MLPA convention is a highlight of the association's yearly activities. A big reason the convention is so successful is because of the sponsorship of various activities by Associate members.

Remember OCTOBER 14th is the deadline to be listed in the Convention Program.

Room reservations can be made at Margaritaville by calling 573-348-3131.  Please note the group ID "LIME" to receive the discounted rate.  Margaritaville Lake Resort link.  Block room rates will be $109 a night, if booked by October 31, 2022.
